HOW TO ORDER?



For Ready Stock Item


1. Get the code, email the availability of the item. Include name, contact number, email and item code.
2. We will reply your email informing the availability of the item, including payment method and postal charges.
3. You may proceed to submit your orders using the form below. You must fill in all the required details. Make sure that you include your proof of payment in the payment details area. If not your order will not be processed.
4. Send us a notification via email after make payment.


For Made To Order


1. Email the availability of the material. Include name, contact number, email and item code.
2. 50% deposit required.
3. Submit the form with proof of payment.
4. You have to pay the Balance of Payment (BOP) once your Made to Order is ready to be shipped out. You only have 3 days before your deposit forfeited.
5. Send us a notification via email after make payment.


All orders must be made by fill in the form with payment reference included. If not your orders will not be processed. For online payment, please put fateensuhaini@gmail.com into "transaction detail" area.
